The Golden Isles Candle: A Love Letter to Coastal Georgia

Have you ever been to a place that just feels like it was made for you?

The Golden Isles is our family's happy place. I could tell you all about the natural beauty of coastal Georgia, the way time slows down when you wander driftwood-covered beaches, or the timeless romance of Spanish moss gently wafting in the breeze, draped on the branches of old oak trees in the golden light of sunset. But for us, it's really about the memories. The way these islands have welcomed us and become a place where we instantly feel at home, where we can enjoy each other's company over ice cream cones at the candy store, spend long afternoons at Gould's Inlet, splash around at Summer Waves water park, or play a cutthroat game of mini golf at Red Bug Pizza.

We've been going to the Golden Isles each summer for over a decade, and it never gets old. It just feels like home. Maybe one day we'll be lucky enough to actually call it home, but in the meantime we'll keep the photos, tell the stories, and now we can light a candle.

It's honestly one of my favorite scents I've ever created, and I only hope it lives up to its namesake.

I chose a golden peachy champagne luster jar that adds another layer to the whole sensory experience, and it genuinely glows when the candle is lit. Each candle comes with a rose gold lid, and a label that removes cleanly with no residue, so the jar is yours to keep and use long after the last burn.
