Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all used products including but not limited to candles, reed diffusers, sprays are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All body care products, whether used or not, are non-returnable for safety purposes. 

 

Unused candles are returnable, however the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we recieve the items. Exchanges are not guaranteed, as we make items in small batches and stock is not guaranteed, but we will do our very best to accommodate your exchange request.

In the event that items are damaged during shipping, we will provide a refund or replace items within 7 days of delivery, provided that photographic proof is submitted via email.

ALL RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF GOODS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, WHICH MUST PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPHIC PROOF OF DAMAGE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
